Apollo Art Team Update: Anthology

For our first big project as a team, we'd like to make an anthology featuring our artists!

THE BASIC OUTLINE:
1) A Title Page (Title and Title Page Picture, the front of the book will be made of similar material to the covers of manga graphic novels)
2) Index Page (Index and Small Index Page Picture)
3) Each artist will get 2-6 pages for a comic. Please no more than 6 pages. This is just enough space to either show a sampler of a comic, or make a very short, cute little story. If there is space, we might give each artist another 6 pages, to either make their comic 12 pages long, or to do another short comic. This comic can be a doujinshi, (a fan comic of existing characters) or original.
4) Each artist will get a "filler" page, to put between each short comic, and they will be short little funny strips, 2-5 panels long. It's just something to transition between artists. This can also be doujinshi or original.
5) Each artist will have to make a bio page for themselves. This will include any info you want to share with the readers and a drawn representation of yourself.
6) A picture for the back of the anthology

Some Things WE have to decide together:
1) What should the overall theme of our anthology be? Now remember, this does NOT MEAN your comic MUST BE RELATED TO THIS THEME. The small strips between comics, as well as the title, index, and back cover pictures, will be related to the theme. Here are some suggestions that have been made so far. If you like one of these, say so, or submit your own:
- Pirate Theme
This is not limited to just sea pirates. Airship and space pirates, as well as the Navy, Marines, and others who oppose them, are also included in this theme.
- Halloween Theme
Trick or treat, vampires, ghosts, and zombies. Anything related to Halloween.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE A PART OF THIS, PLEASE COMMENT. IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT THAT WE KNOW HOW BIG THIS IS GOING TO BE VERY SOON.

Q: How can I order and item from your gallery?
A: Most of the items you see in the gallery will have information on how to order them in the artist comment section. If the item is unavailable for order, that will also be mentioned.
Q: Why can't anyone be a member of Apollo Art?
A: Apollo Art isn't a club. It is a studio of artists that live in the same general area. We are close enough to each other that we can coordinate events and projects together. All the requirements to be an Apollo Art member are mentioned in the Join Our Team link on the main page.
Q: How can I order and item from your gallery?

Would you like to travel around with friends and be part of a great group of people? Do you love art and drawing, as well as attending Anime, Comic, and Video Game related conventions? If you want to join Apollo Art studio's team, here's how!
1) Please be sure you meet the requirements below:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have a parent or guardian than can give you permission to attend events the the Apollo Art team will attend.
- You have a way to easily contact all members of the Apollo Art team and can attend a few meetings in person. ( The Apollo Art Studio is based in Orem, Utah, in the United States of America. If you are not close enough to Orem, Utah to attend any meetings we may have, you do not meet this requirement. )
- You can contribute to the wares we sell at conventions through whatever art medium you specialize in, i.e plushies, dolls, prints, cards, hats, scarves, costume materials, keychains, jewelry, sketches, paintings and other merchandise.
- You are willing to be a part of our group. This means supporting all members in their art and pitching in whenever one of the members may be in need. You should have a positive attitude towards all members.
2) If you meet all of the requirements above, please fill out this form, and send it as a note to neooki23
- What is your real name (first and last) and your Deviant Art
user name or e-mail address.
- How old are you, and what is your birth date?
- Why do you want to be a member of the Apollo Art Studio?
- What could you contribute to our team? (What do you plan to sell?)
- What medium of art do you specialize in? (Digital Art, Jewelry, Dolls, etc.)
- What are your interests and hobbies?
3) After sending in your form, please give us a week or two to look it over. You should get a message fairly soon informing you that we received it. If you do not, try sending it again.
We will then reply to you as to whether we feel you can be apart of the Apollo Art team.
